It is said ‘Charity begins at home’ but at CNPS, Attingal we say ‘Charity begins at school’. Our dream project was to build two houses for our staff. The foundation stone for one of the houses was laid today in the benevolent presence of our Manager, Rev. Fr. Joseph Vattaparambil CMI, and our Principal Rev. Fr. Philipose CMI. We have just started to level the ground for the other house. The foundation for this house will be laid at the earliest. We whole heartedly thank our parents and well wishers for the generous contribution made in this maiden venture. We expect your generous support in the completion of this project


The KG section of Christ Nagar School Attingal conducted the KG convocation on 05-03-2020. The Chief guest of the day was Ms. Shahida Kamal (Member of Women Commission) Govt. of Kerala. The respected dignitaries were our Manager Rev. Fr. Joseph Vattaparampil CMI, Principal Rev. Fr. Philipose Thunduvalichira CMI, Vice Principal Ms. Bindhu Ramesh, Academic coordinator Ms. Vineetha Pillai, and Kg coordinator Ms. Sheela and Ms. Stephany Santhosh. We had a tribute to our patron “St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara”. Our kids were blessed by the dignitaries and were honoured with their KG Graduate certificate. The program was conducted by the cultural fiesta of kids.

Chris Vibes 2020

Christ Nagar Public School, Attingal celebrated its 4th Annual Day -Chris Vibes on 7th February with great zeal. Mr T.P Srinivasan IFS, the former Indian Ambassador and policy expert inaugurated the function by lighting the ceremonial lamp. The function was presided over by the vice provincial Rev Fr Sony Palathara CMI. Manger Rev Fr Joseph Vattaparambil CMI, Bursar Rev Fr Tinto Thomas CMI, Panchayat President Ms Vijayakumari, Ward member Ms Simi Jayakumar, Principal Rev Fr Philipose CMI, Vice Principal Ms Bindhu Ramesh and the principal of various Christ Nagar Institutions graced the function. A spectacular extravaganza- Guardians of Galaxy with the global message of ‘Go green and plastic free world’ mesmerized the day. The acting, dancing, singing and the fashion show left a lasting impact on the audience.


Young Christ Nagarians joined hands with the Prime Minister’s initiative to fight global climate change by enthusiastically participating in a rally from Moonumukku to KSRTC bus station with the motto “our planet, our future”. The rally was flagged off by CI of Attingal, Mr Divin. Mr Sanoj, SI of Attingal appreciated the students for their initiative and promote the gathering for global climatic change The students along with the school principal Rev Fr Philipose CMI and members of the teaching and non teaching staff spread the awareness of conserving nature for prosperity. The students showcased their concern for conserving the earth through a flash mob and speeches.

A colourful and tasteful display at Christ Nagar

The students at Christ Nagar Public School showcased the scientific, artistic and linguistic temper through their exhibits as a part of ‘Chris Expo’19. Dr R Bindhu, DST-WOS-B scientist at MPTD from CSIR-NIIST, Trivandrum aroused the need to be inquisitive and demanded every student to ask questions to their teachers. The day was made even more tasteful through the wide variety of stalls all arranged to raise money for the charity. Students had a wonderful time by tasting and relishing all the goodies that were sold.
