kerala legislative assembly visit
On November 1st, 2025, students from grades 7 to 9 visited the Kerala Legislative Assembly as part of the Social Science educational trip. It was a special day — Kerala Piravi — and the students were fortunate to witness a special session in progress where the Chief Minister made the historic proclamation of “Extreme Poverty- Free Kerala”. They also met the Honourable Deputy Speaker Shri Gopakumar and the Attingal MLA, O S Ambika, who spoke about how the Assembly functions and serves the people.
After the visit, the students explored the Napier Museum and the Kerala Museum of History and Heritage, where they learned more about the state’s rich art, culture, and history. The guides explained the exhibits well — from old sculptures and paintings to stories about Kerala’s history and culture.
It was an unforgettable and inspiring experience that helped our students appreciate Kerala’s vibrant democracy and heritage.
